H. Mramba, Kenyan- (Chairperson) |
Mr. John Mramba is the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees, the Kenya Agricultural Research Institute (KARI) Pension Fund and the vice-chair of the Council of the Flying Doctors Society of Africa. He is the former chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Kenyatta International Conference Centre (KICC), Communication Concepts Limited, Mobil Oil Kenya Community Programme, University of Nairobi-School of Journalism Alumni Association and the Public Relations Society of Kenya (PRSK). Mramba has also served on other boards including the board of the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) and St. Luke’s Hospital, Kaloleni in Mombasa. He is the former Managing Director /CEO of CCL-PR, former Secretary General of the Federation of African Public Relations Associations (FAPRA) as well as a member of the International Public Relations Association (IPRA). |

Varinder Singh is a doctor by profession. Currently, he is the Coordinator of
Rotary Polio Fund and Rotary Medical Camps. He was
District Governor of the Rotary Club from the year
2002 to 2003. Dr. Sur
is also a trainer on Rotary Information. |

D. Luena, (Tanzanian) |
Ms. Olive Luena is the Chief Executive Officer of the Tanzania Gatsby Trust; a charitable Trust whose mandate is to alleviate poverty through supporting Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs). She is a Trustee of the Presidential Trust Fund, the Community Development Trust Fund in Tanzania and a board member of Foundation for Civil Society (Tanzania). Luena is the founder of Tanzania Association of NGOs (TANGO). She is also a Trustee of Transform Africa; a UK based organization that works in the best possible way to influence a lasting change throughout Africa. In January 2009, she was appointed to serve as a member of the Bretton Woods Committee; a select group of leading international citizens who share a commitment to global problem solving through effective multilateral financial institutions. Luena was the co-founding chairperson of the East Africa Association of Grantmakers. She is an Eisenhower fellow, and also a fellow of the Johns Hopkins University and the Synergos Institute of New York, USA. |

| Ambassador Matiya Lubega, (Ugandan) |
Amb. Matiya Lubega is the Executive Director of Kabaka Foundation. He is also the Chairman of the Nonperforming Assets Trust. He has served as a permanent secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and an ambassador.
Amb.Lubega is a former United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Representative to Nigeria and the Gambia. |

| Dr. Patrick Loch Otieno Lumumba, Kenyan |
Dr. PLO Lumumba is the Director of the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission (KACC). He is the former secretary to the Constitution of Kenya Review Commission (CKRC) and a renowned constitutional lawyer.
Dr. Lumumba holds a Bachelor of Laws and Masters of Laws degrees from the University of Nairobi and a PhD from University of Ghent, Belgium. He has been trained in human rights at the University of London in England, Raoul Wallenberg Institute of the University of Lund in Sweden and international human rights law in Geneva, Switzerland. He has authored a number of books in law and other areas of general interest including The Postponed Promise, A Call for Political Hygiene in Kenya, The Searching Soul, Judicial Review in Kenya, Criminal Procedure, Judicial Review and Administrative Law in Kenya and has published a number of articles in refereed journals. He was also recognized by the Kenya-USA Association for the Martin Luther King Jnr. Leadership Award in 1996. He has also been recognized by the American Biographical Institute and included in the ‘Marquis who’s Who in the World’. In 2008 he was appointed Peace Ambassador by the Universal Peace Federation.

Ms. Sonia Rasugu is the Programme Co-ordinator, Youth Development Programme at the Kenya Community Development Foundation (KCDF). Sonia is a development practitioner with 9 years experience. She has been engaged in numerous voluntary initiatives including serving as the chairperson of Ungana-Young Friends of AMREF. She is a strong advocate for youth participation in the social, political and economic development. Sonia is also a former member of staff at Ufadhili Trust. |

| Ambassador Elkanah Odembo, Kenyan |
H.E. Elkanah Odembo is the Kenya's Ambassador to United States. Prior to his appointment, He was the Kenya Ambassador to France and also accredited to Poland, Serbia and the Vatican. Ambassador Odembo has spent the last 28 years in community development and advocating for social justice. He is a member of a number of national task forces and committees and is the former chairperson of the Kenya National Council of NGOs. Odembo is the founding director of Ufadhili Trust and managing trustee. |

| Joyce Waiyaki, (Kenyan) |
Ms. Joyce Wayaki is a marketing practitioner with over 25 years experience. Currently, Joyce runs Ramata Insurance Agency as the principal officer, which provides general, life, investment, pension and offshore advice to individuals and institutions. Waiyaki is the past president of the Rotary Club-Nairobi North from 2009-2010. She is a founder member of the Kenya Women Investment Company Limited, a Trustee of the Palmhouse Foundation and an executive board member of the Centre for Justice and Crime Against Humanity. Waiyaki is the chairperson of the board of governors, Musa Gitau Secondary School and the chairperson of the Presbyterian Church of Eastern Africa (PCEA) of the Torch, Thogoto-Kenya. |
