| Chairman to the Board of Trustees |
| Mr.
Mramba is the Managing Director/Chief Executive
Officer of Communication Concepts, Ltd. He is also
the Chairman of Kenyatta International Conference
Centre (KICC). Other positions he currently holds
include Secretary General of the Federation of
African Public Relations Association and Board
Member of the Central Bank of
Kenya
. Mr. Mramba was the PRSK Chairman, member of the
International Public Relations Association (IPRA),
and Vice Chair, Flying Doctors Society of Africa. |

Varinder Singh Sur (Kenyan) |
| Dr.
Varinder Singh is a doctor by profession. He was
District Governor of the Rotary Club from the year
2002 to 2003. He is currently the Coordinator of
Rotary Polio Fund and Rotary Medical Camps. Dr. Sur
is also a trainer on Rotary Information. |

| Olive
Luena is the Managing Director of Tanzania Gatsby
Trust. She is also the chairperson of the Catholic
Women’s Organisation and a trustee to the
Community Development Trust Fund,
Tanzania
. Olive Luena is also a trustee to the
Presidential Trust Fund. |

| Amb.
Matiya Lubega is the Executive Director of Kabaka
Foundation. He is also the Chairman of the
Nonperforming Assets Trust. He has served as a
permanent secretary and an ambassador. Amb. Lubega
is a former UNDP representative to
Nigeria
and The Gambia. |

| Dr.
Patrick Lumumba is a former secretary to the
Constitution of Kenya Review Commission (CKRC). He
is currently the Chairman of the PLO Lumumba
Foundation and a partner in Lumumba and Mumma
Advocates. Dr. Lumumba is also a lecturer of Law
at the
University
of
Nairobi
(UoN). |

(KCB). Ms. Hyder currently works as a consultant
and is involved in a number of philanthropic and

| Sonia Rasugu is an advocate
for enhance participation of young people’s
inclusion and participation in social, political
and economic arena in
Kenya
and the East and Southern African Region.
Currently she is the Programme Coordinator of the
Youth Development Programme at the Kenya Community
Development Foundation (KCDF), Kenya
’s only public foundation. The Programme aims to strengthen the
participation of young Kenyans in national
development processes.She has previously worked at KPMG as an
Advisor in the Public Sector & Development.

| Elkanah
Odembo is a Founding Director of Ufadhili Trust
and Managing Trustee. He is a renowned social
scientist and development activist. He has a
25-year experience in development work, research,
advocacy, consultancy, and training in
East Africa
. He is a board member of many local and
international non-profit organisations. Mr. Odembo
is a member of a number of national task forces
and committees. He was the former chairman of the
Kenya National Council of NGOs. |
